Frequently Asked Questions

What to expect on my initial visit?

During your initial visit, you can expect a thorough assessment designed to understand your unique needs. The assessment typically begins with a questionnaire followed by a brief interview to gather important information. Depending on the situation, it may also include drug screening or breath testing. After the assessment, our counselors will provide personalized recommendations and, with your permission, can share the findings with any necessary organizations involved in your care.

How much is the program?

The cost is dependent on the program and level of care; however, we will never turn anyone away due to an inability to pay.

Do you have flexible treatment hours?

As a client, you will be assigned to a Day Program or an Evening Program, depending on your personal needs and schedule. If your schedule changes due to work, school, or other circumstances, we can transfer you to the alternative program. However, because building group trust is important, we cannot allow you to alternate between day and evening groups. (Please note that SACOT is a day program only.)

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome at Anuvia! We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be aware that wait times may vary. If you prefer, you can also schedule an appointment online or give us a call to set up a time that works best for you. We're here to provide the support you need, whenever you're ready.
